New client (Start to finish) - $19.99 monthly
3 + Months pre surgery - $19.99 monthly
3 Months Pre Surgery - $29.99 monthly
After surgery - $39.99 x 3 months then rolls to $29.99 monthly
Monthly fee includes:
Access to community / Previous and current clients (Pending App completion)
5 tokens
Tokens: 30 minute calls (Calls are scheduled with nurse or post op specialist)
