We have a strict no refund policy. We work with all clients to reschedule. 

Recovery Concierge services are considered private concierge care and are typically not covered by insurance.

Clients may request additional services such as:

• Airport transportation
• Beauty services

You are able to add massage on to your stay. Sessions are booked to come to you while staying at our recovery location. In the event of being booked at your private location there may be a travel fee associated with booking.
